Information collected from the User

1. Technological Data
• Location, only with permission.
• Notification permission.
• IP address.
• Device Storage.
• The Unique Device Identifier.

• App needs access to device storage to save the pictures, videos & offline news User is interested in. Also, user information and app settings. App serves news and content to User based on User’s location and hence the permission.

2. Personally Identifiable Information (PII Data) & Non-PII data

This includes Users’ Year of Birth, Gender, Advertiser ID and Language & the Region. However, it is noteworthy to mention that Kokka collects Year of Birth and Gender from You only in certain specific circumstances, it is not a mandatory requirement to use the app. Said circumstances are laid down as follows:

• Gender, year of birth, Language & the Region and the community details are collected to provide personalized news contents to the users.
• Advertiser ID of User is solely used for re-targeting purposes i.e for reacquiring the User from other advertising platforms.
• This PII & Non-PII includes the user's gender, Year of Birth, Location, Language & the region, the community, and Advertiser ID. We will only collect these details with the user's permission, and they will not be disclosed to any third party.

What Choices does the User have regarding the Use of his/her Information?

If the User is receiving marketing or promotional notifications from Kokka, he/she will have the option to "opt out" of such marketing Notifications in app. If the User opts out, he/she will stop receiving the notifications from the Kokka.

• Kokka shows ads from different networks and businesses. Some ads are personalized based on user interests using artificial intelligence. Be careful when buying products/services from ads and make sure they're authentic before making any transactions. Kokka isn't responsible for any issues with products/services.
